Returns and Refunds Policy
Custom Products
As glass is cut to measure according to customer specifications, returns are not accepted for change of mind or errors in provided measurements.
Cases where we DO offer refund or replacement:
- Breakage during transport: If glass arrives broken, send us photos of packaging and product within 24 hours. We replace at no cost.
- Manufacturing defect: Bubbles, scratches or undeclared imperfections. Contact within 48 hours.
- Our measurement error: If the cut does not match what was ordered, we replace the product.
Claims Process
- Contact by email at info@cristaleriaaltea.com with your order number
- Attach photographs of the problem
- We will respond within 24-48 business hours
- If applicable, we will send replacement product at no additional cost
Important
Always check your order at the time of delivery. If you detect breakage, report the incident to the carrier and contact us immediately.
