1. Introduction

Welcome to Cristalería Altea. By placing an order in our online store, you accept these terms and conditions.

2. Products

We sell custom-cut glass and mirrors. Dimensions are entered in centimeters and the price is automatically calculated based on glass type and surface area.

3. Measurements and Tolerances

Glass cutting has a tolerance of ±2mm. Measurements must be indicated in centimeters. We are not responsible for errors in measurements provided by the customer.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are in EUR and include VAT (21%). Payment is made at the time of order using available methods.

5. Shipping

We ship throughout mainland Spain. Delivery time is 3-5 business days. Glass is packed with special anti-breakage protection.

6. Returns

As custom-made products, returns are not accepted except for manufacturing defects or damage during transport. In these cases, we replace the product at no cost.

7. Warranty

All our glass products have a manufacturing warranty. If you detect any defect, contact us within the first 48 hours after receipt.
